Thermal conductivity is becoming more and more important in our modern and technologized world. The increasing demand for miniaturization and automation of electronic devices in all industries is a major driver. As electronics become smaller, the components are becoming more concentrated in ever smaller spaces. The heat released during usage is increasing, and so is the risk of damage to the components. In order to maintain the longevity, safety, and reliability of all electronic components, materials are needed that create a reliable heat transfer path when mounted between the heat source and heat sink.
