In this data protection information, we explain how we process your data for the purposes of our marketing, e.g. for newsletters and when you voluntarily participate in market research or customer feedback interviews and questionnaires.

Your consent to advertising measures
We use your contact data for the purpose of direct advertising, provided that we have legitimate interests in doing so (Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR) or have received your express consent (Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a GDPR). In this context, we usually process contact data (e.g. name, postal address, e-mail address, telephone numbers) as well as your interests/preferences with regard to our products for, e.g.
- Invitations to events or trade fairs
- Offers and information about our services and products by e-mail
- Christmas/New Years greetings
- Invitations to participate in customer surveys, or market research.
You also agree that we may contact you by telephone for these purposes.
You can revoke your consent for advertising at any time without giving reasons. In the case of direct advertising based on our legitimate interests, you have the right to object at any time. Customer surveys, feedback and market research
Your participation in an anonymous customer satisfaction survey is voluntary. To carry out the survey, we only process the connection data required for technical reasons, including your IP address, which we do not store.
When you voluntarily participate in market research and customer feedback interviews/questionnaires, we process your personal data that you provide to us for these purposes. Depending on the type and scope of the analysis in detail, we may process the following categories of data from you:
- Information about your person (e.g., first and last name, telephone number, e-mail address),
- information about your company as the content of interviews and/or questionnaires,
- other information that you give us in this context.
Only with your explicit consent will we make audio or video recordings of interviews or other conversations.
The legal basis for data processing is your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) p. 1 lit. a GDPR, which you can revoke at any time and without giving reasons. Simply send us an e-mail to .
Newsletter
If you order our newsletter, we need your data (at least your e-mail address) to send you information about products, services, events or other interesting information. After you have placed your order on our website, you will receive a confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address you provided (so-called double opt-in). During the ordering process, we ask you to agree to further newsletter tracking.
In doing so, we integrate individual tracking pixels into our newsletters, which enable us to recognize when the newsletter sent to you was accessed or opened and individualize the links present in the newsletter in order to be able to evaluate when you clicked on which link. We process this data on the basis of your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. a GDPR.

Duration of data storage
We will anonymize or pseudonymize your data at the earliest possible time. If we work with a market research company, anonymization usually takes place immediately before the data is passed on to tesa.
Your data will be stored by us for as long as it is required for the above-mentioned purposes or due to a legal obligation to keep records (e.g. commercial or tax obligations according to commercial code and tax code.
Recipients of your data
For data processing, we are supported by our technical service providers, newsletter providers and commissioned market research institutes, which are bound to secrecy and only process the data on our behalf.
