tesa® 4952 Double-sided PE Foam Tape (1150 µm)
tesa® 4952 is a double-sided foam tape, frequently used for a wide range of different constructive mounting applications. The double-sided tape features a very good tack and excellent adhesiveness on smooth surfaces. The foam tape is resistant against UV-light, humidity, water, chemicals, and aging. The tape is ideal for indoor and outdoor usage, with a long-term temperature resistance of up to 80°C. tesa® 4952 is comprised of a high-quality, white closed-cell PE-foam backing, a shear-resistant modified acrylic adhesive, and a glassine lining. tesa® 4952 is especially suitable for fixing flat objects such as mirrors, signs, and decorative materials. Furthermore, the foam-tape acts as a good shock absorber, making it ideal for various sealing functions and for leveling out different thermal elongations of materials. tesa® 4952 has been externally certified for furniture mirror mounting.
