Transport securing tape, commonly known as strapping tape, plays a crucial role in safeguarding loose parts of newly manufactured appliances and office automation devices during transportation.
They ensure the safe arrival of goods and reduce the risk of financial loss and customer dissatisfaction due to damaged or compromised items. Since strapping tapes are immediately removed and disposed once the appliance has safely arrived at the end user, our innovative tesa® 64295 strapping tape helps reduce virgin plastic usage as it is a recyclable paper-based strapping tape made with more than 75%

Recyclability of tesa® 64295 tested according to PTS-RH 021:2012
Based on the test method PTS-RH 021:2012, 71.7% of the product is recyclable. The recyclable percentage represents the portion that can be reused in papermaking, excluding water-soluble substances. To achieve optimal recycling, the tape should be recycled alongside paper material. Please note that parts of the product, the remaining 28.3%, including the adhesive are not recyclable and must be disposed of during the recycling process.
