tesa® ACX^plus 7808 Black Line은 차량 외부 트림 및 부품을 장착하기 위한 짙은 검은색 양면 아크릴 폼 테이프입니다. ABS, 크로메드 ABS 등 MSE 클리어 코트와 플라스틱에 높은 결합력을 제공하며 PC와 PMMA에서 탁월한 점착성능을 발휘하며, 변형 아크릴 폼 코어를 기반으로 한 내한성이 뛰어나 극한 저온에서도 안정적인 결합을 보장한다.
0.5mm, 1.1mm, 1.2mm 및 1.5mm 가능

Being viscoelastic, tesa® ACX^plus 7808 Black Line optimally absorbs and dissipates dynamic and static loads.
The exceptional capability enables tesa® ACX^plus 7808 Black Line to compensate for extreme physical stress caused by different thermal elongation of bonded parts in changing temperature conditions.

Application Fields

tesa® ACX^plus 7808 Black Line is suitable for a wide range of exterior attachment part mounting applications. Example applications are:

Protective trims like wheel arches and rocker panels
Decorative trims
Pillar appliques
Antennas
Emblems

To ensure the highest performance possible, our aim is to fully understand your application (including the substrates involved) in order to provide the right product recommendation.

PV 25 = White siliconised PE-coated paper liner. PV 29 = Blue heat sealable and adhesive tabable film liner. Adhesion data are based on PV25 liner.
