The right plate mounting foam hardness is key to consistent print quality. We offer six levels of foam hardness to ensure 'right first time' results whatever the motif, avoiding print defects such as excessive dot gain or pinholing. Our high-quality foams are especially resilient, too, enabling faster machine speeds and avoiding on-press setting adjustments and resulting waste.
