The tesa® Softprint range is designed to give you the flexibility to meet every flexo need. You will find six hardness levels, two product designs (Classic and Flex), seven adhesives, and two different liners. In a nutshell, tesa® Twinlock offers you more sustainable plate mounting and efficiency in the mounting department is increased. The self-adhesive, compressible sleeves are reusable, the plate is directly mounted on top, thus eliminating the need for tape. Not only does this cut direct waste, but reduces delivery emissions and storage needs. The mounting and demounting processes are also simplified, increasing efficiency. The sleeve includes a polyurethane (PU) foam layer to ensure consistent compressibility, ensuring exceptional quality even at high speeds.  
However, utilizing tesa® Twinlock sleeves does require to closely follow standard operating procedures and there is an inital investment needed.
