tesa® 58327 tesa® 58327 is a 1500 μm /59.1 mils thermally conductive pad. This acrylic based thermally conductive product provides high thermal conductivity with its thermally conductive fillers when it is applied between heat source and heat sink to transfer the heat. Besides that, it also has excellent electrical insulation property and flame retardancy.
