Product description
tesa® 53499 is a premium tear tape with a tensilized polypropylene backing and rubber adhesive. This adhesive system provides excellent bonding on both solid and corrugated cardboard surfaces. The mono-oriented polypropylene backing exhibits high tensile strength and low elongation. This, in combination with its high tack, prevents shrinkage or "lift off" after application and is ideal for most pull tab and tear strip applications. tesa® 53499 also features excellent adhesion to highly recycled cardboard.
