Hole Covering
Covering holes as well as gaps in a PS body or door prevents the PU foam from squeezing out during injection.
During the injection process, PU foam can squeeze out of gaps and holes. To prevent this from happening, all holes and gaps on the PS body and door need to be covered. A tape that bonds well to the PU foam should be used to effectively prevent the foam from squeezing out.
The tape used should be hand tearable with a tacky adhesive for secure sealing.
