Mounting of Design Panels
Fixing decorative panels to the outside of the metal housing.
Panels have to be attached in an effective way to ensure that no dust can come through and that the panel will not rattle. This can be done by fixing the front panels using double-sided tape. Pre-assembling the double-sided tape will also raise efficiency.
The tape should have high adhesion to metal and plastic, high shear strength and long-term temperature resistance up to 70°C. A thick product design should also be used for noise dampening.
