Masking tapes, also commonly known as painters’ tape, is a type of adhesive tape made of a thin, easy to tear paper that is pressure-sensitive and easily removable. These tapes provide convenience due to its excellent adhesion and easy-to-tear characteristics. tesa® 4317 is a thin and flexible masking tape comprised of a fine crepe paper backing and a natural rubber adhesive. The natural rubber adhesive provides an excellent adhesion to multiple surfaces, like metal, rubber, glass and plastic.

The tape is suitable for oven-drying with temperatures of up to 80°C
