Norderstedt – tesa, international manufacturer of innovative adhesive tapes and self-adhesive product solutions, launches its first global employer branding campaign. Under the slogan “A place for you”, the campaign shares real-world insights from colleagues who describe what it is really like to work at tesa. In this way, the company aims to attract potential new employees worldwide by spreading the word about its culture. 

Featuring authentic employee stories 

The campaign is based on insight interviews with tesa employees around the world. These interviews revealed four stand-out topics: Collaboration, innovation, sustainability and growth. These topics now form the key focus of the campaign that is grabbing attention across social media around the globe. tesa employees are at the heart of all of its videos, visuals, and other content. That varies from engineers, chemists, IT specialists, technicians, purchasing staff, and more - of the 5,200 employees, a diverse mix of 19 people are featured. Together, they are sharing transparent information about what makes tesa a unique place to work. 

Standing out in a competitive recruitment market 

The campaign is presenting creative innovators, smart thinkers, and committed collaborators from tesa – because the company wants to attract similarly talented people to join its teams. Together, its employees are pursuing an ambitious mission to create sustainable adhesive solutions that improve the work, products, and lives of its customers. Achieving this vision of the future requires dedicated people with the right skills, experience, and characteristics to keep driving the company forward. This first-ever global employer branding campaign aims to help tesa stand out in today’s highly competitive recruitment market. And it is now capturing imaginations around the globe.

As part of the employer branding campaign, employee stories will be published regularly on social media, for example on tesa's LinkedIn or Instagram channel, until the end of the year.
