Non-woven tapes: Toner sealer protection with strong bonding to the PET liner.
The toner sealer needs to be protected. Non-woven tapes are ideally suited to this task, as they bond to the PET liner strongly.
The tape used should be flexible and extremely conformable. You should be able to tear it by hand, yet it should also be tear resistant. In addition, high bonding strength with good shear and temperature resistance is needed.
