PVC, vinyl insulation tape, or rubber splicing tape are eElectrical insulation tapes with good flexibility and adhesion. tesa flex® 53948 is specifically VDE, IMQ, SEMKO, IEC 60454-3-1 certified.

Main applications of soft PVC insulation tape include wire and cable insulation, bundling, marking, reinforcing, sealing and protection.

Certified UL 510 tapes that seal without the need for adhesives and have excellent strength for the heavy duty applications and extreme conditions.

Main applications include:

• Insulating and protecting wiring and connections
• Sealing applications in engine compartment
• Wrap hydraulic fittings and other exposed metal connections to prevent corrosion
• Masking applications in powder coating, liquid coating, e-coating, anodizing and plating
• Automotive applications for wire harness as well as general repairs
• Various bundling, securing, wrapping and repairing applications
• Marine applications for boat rigging or securing ends of rope

 

Consisting of special anti-repulsion acrylic adhesive. tesa® 67320 for ultra-thin polyimide film backing. 

Main applications include:

• Li-battery edge wrapping
• Fixing or wrapping applications where insulation resistance, flame retardant or high temperature is required
