When submitting an order, we collect, use and disclose your personal data that is made available to us by the platform provider for the purpose of fulfilling the contract between us.
- The personal data that we collect, use and disclose consist of the following:
- your name and user name on the platform;
- your contact details (e.g., e-mail address, telephone number) as well as contact details available on the platform;
- your shipping and billing information;
- the data that you send to us directly; and
- the data that you have submitted for us to contact you or to respond to your questions or to clarify issues concerning an order.
If the products are not shipped directly by the platform provider, we receive your personal data from the platform provider, e.g., your postal address, post office box or similar data. We may transmit your personal data to the postal and courier service as well as logistics companies according to the shipping method you have selected.
If you have provided your personal data to us for the purposes of us concluding or performing the transaction between us, or to respond to your query, it is deemed that you have provided your consent for us to collect, use and disclose your personal data for these purposes.
If you submit your personal data for business purposes, please note that certain personal data protection obligation under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 is not applicable to such personal data.
