tesa® Spray Glue EXTRA STRONG 60022 is an extra strong, film-forming glue for permanently bonding materials such as fabric, plastic, cardboard, foam rubber, insulating materials, vinyl, leather, faux leather and rubber to each other or to metal and wood.
- Minimal spray mist, resistant to dampness and temperatures up to 80°C, short term 100°C
- Suitable for light as well as heavy materials with smooth to rough surfaces
- High bonding range
- Nozzle can be adjusted to desired spray quantity (H: high, M: Medium, L: Low)
- Spray direction can be set to either horizontal or vertical
- Particularly suitable for automotive applications
- Free from silicone

Safety Instructions
Are flammable; liquids form explosive mixtures with air; produce flammable gases with water or are themselves flammable.
Keep away from open flames and heat sources; close containers tightly; store in a fire-safe place.
Cause damage to health, irritate eyes, skin or respiratory organs. In larger quantities lead to death.
Do not inhale, touch or swallow. Wear protective clothing. Immediately call poison control center or physician. Lie on side in recovery position. In case of skin irritation or eye contact, flush with water or suitable agent.
Are harmful to aquatic organisms, toxic or very toxic, acute or with long-term effects.
Only dispose of in hazardous waste, never allow to enter the environment.
Additional Info
- tesa offers two complementary Spray Glues: 60021 PERMANENT and 60023 REPOSITIONABLE
- Observe the safety-information on the spray-can
- Shake can well before use and remove any dried-on glue from the nozzle
- For new applications, test suitability by gluing a sample
- The parts to be bonded must be dry and free from dust and grease. We recommend cleaning with tesa® INDUSTRY CLEANER 60040
- After use, turn can upside-down and expel glue from nozzle until only propellant comes out
- Overspray from Spray Glues can easily be removed with tesa® 60042 ADHESIVE REMOVER
