Additional Info
The bonding surface should be free of dust, grease, oil, moisture and other contaminants before using tesa® Adhesion Promoter 60151 for glass.
Clean the substrate with a lint free cloth and appropriate solvents, such as Ethanol or Isopropanol.
Then apply tesa® Adhesion Promoter 60151 thinly to the bonding surface, making sure that the entire surface is coated. The Adhesion Promoter can be applied with a lint free cloth or brush, application pen or felt applicator. For best performance use a second/clean lint free cloth to remove excess of promoter.
Wait 30 seconds to 5 minutes to give the solvents time to evaporate.
Keep the prepared surface free from contaminants prior to applying tesa® ACXplus tape.
Open time for bonding are around 5 to 15 minutes.
Shelf life are 12 month when stored in the original container at room temperature.
